Permablitz Designer’s Guild Session: Tiny House Living
Date(s) - July 13, 2017
Time - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
This is a third-party event not organised by Permablitz. We've added it because we reckon it looks pretty good!
Location - Kensington Town Hall
Alicia and Andrew have been living off-grid in their Tiny House for just over two years. Their desire to live more simply, sustainably and in line with their values were the driving reasons for the change in lifestyle and home.
“We care a lot about the environment and have spent a large part of our lives trying to find ways to live more ethically and sustainably. Building a Tiny House has given us a beautiful home without the huge ecological footprint a conventional home would bring. It has allowed us to embody a lifestyle that we believe is required to face the growing ecological, economic and social challenges of our time.”
Join them as they share the what, the how and the why of building and living ‘tiny’.
As a reminder, these Guild Sessions are designed as a way to gather and share skills, as well as meet the other great people in the Permablitz network. They are hosted at rotating locations across the city.
Due to overwhelming demand, we’ve had to switch venues – we are now holding this at the Kensington Town Hall. To ensure your seat, you’ll need to secure a ticket – you can grab yours at the link below. (We’ve tried to keep ticket costs as low as possible while covering venue and ticketing costs).
