It’s an old Edwardian place in Elsternwick with a massive garden. Currently living there is Matt and Laura, both early-thirties professionals. It’s a four bedroom house so there’s a spare room too.
As well as a massive lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom with full size bath and laundry, there is a garden with chickens and two beehives. We have separate Garden plots as well as joint garden space, so there’s plot ready to go with good soil for you, if you like.
We have a good relationship with our landlord, hence the garden good-times.
If you have a Cat, that’s allowed and good.
We eat meat but respect the Vego’s.
Rent negotiable for a couple.
It’s well connected with various PT; 14 mins on the train to Flinders St, tram 67 and two great Buses # 246 and 220.
