Permablitz #170 in Seddon
This little Blitz out West was a bit of an unusual one. On a nice sunny Saturday in Seddon our host Roberta invited the Blitzers to help reinvigorate her backyard.
The tasklist as well as the garden weren’t that big, but a special activity was planned for the day: Creating a Mosaic!
So after a warm-up and quick introduction round eager participants got busy on the various tasks of the day. Besides the Mosaic fruit trees had to be sited and planted, couch grass replaced with herbs, compost boxes installed and a plant support wheel had to be constructed.
The originally planned strip of Mosaic was slightly altered to two separate Mosaics, taking into account the available pieces. The blitzers enjoyed all the great special activities on this arty farty blitz. See for yourself!
